– Gifford Pinchot, the first head of the U.S. Forest service and twice governor of Pennsylvania
– Maurice Goddard, a pioneering forestry educator and leader in creating many of Pennsylvania’s state parks
The Forest Heritage Discovery Center is normally open for visitation in the summer months. For days and hours of operation, visit the PA Forestry Association website or Facebook page.
