EXPLORE! Whooo Gives a Hoot?

Designed for kids in grades K to 5, the winter EXPLORE! programs will run on six Tuesdays, January 14, 21, 28 and February 4, 11, 18.
All program activities are outside, and each week features a different theme. Taught by educators from Buttonwood Nature Center, home of The Institute, programs include educational activities related to the season and theme. Students may attend any or all sessions.
Students will discover the amazing life of owls. They’ll learn to use binoculars, and will go on a hike to look for owls in the forest. Owls are known to be hard to spot—but kids are guaranteed to see the owl that they’ll craft to take home.
