The Master Plan will provide a blueprint for the economic revitalization strategy of the Baltimore Street corridor in Gettysburg. The corridor has significant cultural history but lacks a sense of place. Main Street Gettysburg will work with Baltimore Street residents and business owners, the Borough of Gettysburg, and other interested citizens and stakeholders to improve the safety, economic vitality, and sense of place within the corridor while connecting the corridor to the Landscape Resources of the surrounding South Mountain region. The project will promote the South Mountain region’s Landscape Resources (agricultural, cultural/historic, natural, and recreational) so as to broaden the visitor experience and engagement with other South Mountain region in the countryside communities surrounding Gettysburg.
